We provide dinner in the evening, except on Thursday and Sunday, upon request (prior booking in necessary).Local cuisine: Alsatian choucroute, baeckeoffe, tartes flambées, local venison and boar meat. Eric being a game butcher with his workshop in the village you will have opportunities to sample his boar roasts, terrines and special hams. Together with Catherine, a very fine cook, and "Leontine", an impressive La Cornue cooker, they will cater to the tastes of all: the greedy won't be disappointed.
